So tomorrow night I am going to put the truck on the brand new rollers here at school. When I was talking to my buddy who runs it, he said that It should be able to pickup my RPMs so I can get HP and Torque. I am definitely going to be taking video and pictures! Ill be very happy if im over 170 RWHP and 300ft/lbs.

The pump is in decent shape, I believe it has about 50K on it so its not fresh but its not awful either. I have a newer pump that i want to through on it, but I haven't had the time or the tools to time it.

Well I have good news and I have some slightly depressing news.

Good news: Did the headlight relay mod and it made a HUGE difference in how bright my headlights are :) Cost me about 45 bucks all in all and is worth every penny.

Bad news: Got the truck on the dyno, and Ill work on getting the sheet up tonight. But the truck made 122.4HP and 239.6 ft/lbs. HP pretty much fell flat after 2500 rpms, but I was making between 5 and 10 lbs of boost.

Also though, I have not turned the fuel up at all on the truck, so if no one has ever messed with the pump setting I think these numbers make sense for about 175 Flywheel HP.

I plan on turning up the pump and getting it back on the dyno in Jan or Feb.

Edit: Here is the dyno sheet for the truck.

Oh yeah, turn it up!!

My truck doesn't really start pulling until it gets over 10 psi.

I am curious about the rpm signal. How did you go about getting a signal that the dyno liked?

haha, well they attached a white sticker on my crank pulley and had an optical sensor looking for it. It was really interesting to watch my buddy set it all up.

So do have the pump at N/A settings with the Banks Turbo? Turn it up some and you ought to notice a nice increase.

This was the pump that was on the truck when I bought it. I used to think it was turned up a little because i could get it to smoke pretty good N/A. But now after the dyno run I'm guessing that its actually at the stock settings. I plan on turning up the fuel on Friday if i get a chance. I don't have the tools to turn the engine over by hand at my apartment so i need to get it into the shop at school.
