One of the guys here has a similar single din large screen that was much more affordable. I think it is @ifrythings

I used a single din android unit that has a screen that can can be moved up/down/left/right, it sits far enough out to clear the dash.

I don’t have any good photos but here’s what I have.

My double din fit with no issues. I simply cut a piece out from beneath the OEM radio, and the new Pioneer fit right in with no other mods.
I did bondo and krylon the trim piece that surrounds the A/C heater control and radio for a nice factory looking finish though.
