So we were pretty cold last night and today. I wasn't home and didn't have a place to plug in. 10* out and just couldn't get it to start. borrowed a cord and found an outlet, plugged for an hour and fired right up. I have noticed my wait to start light only comes on for around 3 sec. I don't know how old the GP's are so I ordered a set of motorcraft GP's. Hopefully that will do the trick, but if not probably was a good idea anyway

I just went through this myself. For me it turned out to be the glow plug controller. I also did the push button mod to the controller at the same time I replaced it with the new one.
