It came that way. All the BS about "ford" not making them is nitpicking.
They were special order/conversions.
But you could have walked into the dealer, bought it brand new as a dually.

Nice. Looks like there are gonna be a few ways to figure this out.

I'm not really even looking for a dually or a crew cab but like I said it's close by. A dually CC 4x4 would be one bad ass camping rig and I would never worry about the loads I'm pulling or hauling. I could tow 2 510's or 2002's in one trip lol

This is not the truck but it's a 94' Centurion F350 Dually.

I am not a fan of the sake skin doors, blah! I 90% sure that was added by a PO.
I could live with the 80's pro street paint but I pull those running boards and probably that El Camino bed trim or whatever it is. I see a lot of the Centurions have it and I'm not a fan.

OK..... Before the release of the 1999 F-350 Super Duty, Ford DID NOT make a 4x4 Crew Cab Dually with a Pickup Box. They made 4x4 Crew Cab Duallys, but they were a Cab & Chassis truck

If it is a 4x4 Crew Bab Dually that is 97 or older, it WILL be a conversion. I know that Centurion would do this conversion, but I am not sure how they would accomplish this. I remember looking one new on the lot...

My guess it the truck would be a 4x4 Crew Cab Single Rear wheel, but don't know it they swapped the rear, or use a kit with adapters......

IIRC there have been a few on here who have owned Centurion-converted 4x4 DRW pickups, and for the most part, they found that adapters were used, along with "conversion" fenders (as opposed to using the factory box with the cut-outs for the DRW fenders). From what I gather, a Centurion conversion is very similar to the complete kit that Arrowcraft sells.

That doesn't mean that there aren't Centurion conversions that later got a genuine DRW axle swapped in, though, or a conversion done by someone else.

I participated in a DRW conversion on a crew-cab 4x4 pickup, using all factory parts (front hubs from an F-350 cab/chassis truck)...came out quite nicely IMHO ;Sweet

I STILL don't have the story on the truck. Seller backed out of the meet and new wants to wait until her son comes in from out of state. At least I finally have one picture, it's a blue with the torino style stripe, no brush guard, running board falling off the front, very oxidized paint, 5 spokes. Definitely didn't look like the $4k truck they think it is from the one picture I have. I'm still interested though.

I did make an offer on a clean 90, lots of service records over it's life. That was for $5k I think he'll take it but hasn't said yes yet. I had another truck to go see anyway... But another flake, told that guy to take a hike. Ducking craigslist... Time wasting ass... Mother... Fu...
