factory according to door puller label Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

It came that way. All the BS about "ford" not making them is nitpicking.
They were special order/conversions.
But you could have walked into the dealer, bought it brand new as a dually.

I won't lie, the more I look at these dually's the more I want one lol.
IIRC there have been a few on here who have owned Centurion-converted 4x4 DRW pickups, and for the most part, they found that adapters were used, along with "conversion" fenders (as opposed to using the factory box with the cut-outs for the DRW fenders). From what I gather, a Centurion conversion is very similar to the complete kit that Arrowcraft sells. If it is a 4x4 Crew Bab Dually that is 97 or older, it WILL be a conversion. I know that Centurion would do this conversion, but I am not sure how they would accomplish this. I remember looking one new on the lot...
My guess it the truck would be a 4x4 Crew Cab Single Rear wheel, but don't know it they swapped the rear, or use a kit with adapters......
