a little bit of progress today.

i decided to start on the passenger side B pillar.
deleted the single cab pillar, left most of the back window in for support.
got the pillar where i wanted it via, measurements from the 6 door.
i cut a little bit too much at the bottom, but oah well, she now opens and shuts ok,
i need to support the cab more i think.

I'm confused...which is not unusual...but I thought you were stretching a bronco??? That is not a bronco.... Is it really easier to start with a reg cab pickup to make a 4 door bronco?

You putting crewcab rear doors on or going to use modified front doors?

Looking great. Pics work for me.

What about the cab right now makes you think it needs to be stiffer?

The attachments and pictures are working fine on my computer, and I find it far easier see and to browse through the posted attachments than it would be if I had to click a link to an external site as the only way to look at the pictures.

With all due respect, I don't know why they're not coming up properly on your phone, and I'm not sure how wide-spread the problem is...but I can't help but notice that nobody else has complained about not being able to see the pictures posted on this thread.

Pics work good for me. I hate when I have to view a pic on another site like imageshack etc.
Uploaded straight to the site is the easiest way to view me. Btw I'm using a iPhone.

a stretched bronco is correct.
i started with a single cab because i had the truck, and its registered as a diesel, cali smog laws are wicked stupid.
but i have no smog requirements now ;Sweet

i just got done with the driverside B pillar, this will let me use crew cab rear doors. and because i already have them, its no sweat!!
i will cut the bronco up at the cowl and windsheild, and then do what i did on the 6 door.
ive thought long and hard about this process, and a crew cab would have been ideal, but i gots whats i gots!

Tim, if youre not busy on saturday and you wanna come up, feel free!

junk, it did ok, but when i cut the back window out, the top will be flimsy as hell.
i will most likely keep the back window in until i get the bronco welded on.

Notice the difference between threadz I post images in vs attachments...mine from photobucket are full size already and DO NOT NEED TO BE ENLARGED unless you want to. Attachments must be clicked on to see at a decejt size and sadly on the phone the pop up is still too friggen small.

you have a very short memory on what happens when you are using a "free" third party photo hosting source.
much of our site is decimated due to photobucket changing owners and instituting new rules.
Some of the most well documented threads via photos are now virtually unusable.
with the photos stored in-house, we will have control or complete loss.
I've never used third party photo storage so the threads I participate with photos are still intact.
As a result, I'm good with in-house.

soon as you guys are done arguing over which place is the best to post photos,
think I can get someone over here to help me hold some 3/4" bar stock so I can reinforce this badboy & cut the cowl off this bronco already?

people are laggin today!
