How can I make my ATS 088 better it has some lag and I was to have it spool quicker and at a lower rpm. Would putting a cone filter on a 45 degree bent tube be better than the air box ? Thanks for the tips.

Talk to Russ (typ4) The wicked wheel II is for the 093 turbo only.

Russ can make that 088 turbo sing, his mod is to make more boost at lower RPM.

If only I had the $$$$$ :(

Russ can work magic on the 088 kit.
but the fact remains, its still a non gated kit.
if you want quicker spool ups, find a 093 kit.
then you can get the billet wheel.

Would I have to take my turbo out in order to have the mods done or is it something I can do ?

Wrap the up pipes and first couple feet of down pipe, and buy or make a turbo blanket to cover that exhaust housing. The difference will be noticeable.

also set timing at 6 deg instead of 8.5. How far is you fuel turned up? Usually takes atleast 2 flats.

I'm really not sure but I want to say it's cranked because I role cole more than I want to. Also it's lagging like I have to much fuel. I also don't drive with my foot heavy to the mat
