i gave up on trying to get that oring to seal. every time i would stand on the thing the boost would just blow it off, and then i would just blow out. i call it an oring because it is thick like and oring, and not flat like a gasket. if that is what you are doing. i simply siliconed the **** out of the manifold mounting serfice, and let it seal up real nice. then i had a guy tig weld a 3" 90° elbow, aluminum, to clear my piping for my intercooler. hasnt leaked yet.

I want to try to get the right oring - I might resort to RTV if it doesn't work though.

Theres one that goes from the hat: 5.25" roughly but im just guessing (size of a cd/dvd), use a carborator gasket oring deal

the one that goes INTO the turbo is a 2" oring inner diameter. That much i know for sure. I got one sitting on my desk and it was a #$%#%$ to find. Ill try to find the invoice I had but it was a small website who ordered it from ATS so you might just give them a call :dunno Looks about 3/8" thick but I'm eyeballing it. When I feel better I'll try and find some calipers for accurate measurements

Cross reference it to McMaster-Carr catalog. Order a square cut o-ring in the correct diameter, whatever thickness you want.

I warped my ATS Intake hat welding on it for my setup, and ordered a 1/4" thick o-ring to take up the warpage. Haven't had it leak yet. Silicone is not intended to take pressure without constant force of 2 pieces holding it in place. Filling that sort of gap with silicone is asking for trouble eventually. I know it works short term, but it's just not designed for that application, plus it's a pain in the ass to take apart and reseal later if you have to service the vehicle.

Get a good viton O-ring and never look back- you'll be glad you did!
