Anyway i just got a turbo set up for $200 it is a garret a/r. 70 and has the intake box 2.25" dp and y collector i believe it has a wastegate?! Looks like it it has some actuator?! And i think it has oil return and pickup

Mainly wondering if anyone knows where to get the upgrade kit for the turbo? Bigger a/r and bigger dp?

You dont need a bigger a/r, and ATS doesnt support the system anymore, so do some searching on here and you will find how to mod the elbow.
I do turbo mods during rebuild so can help there. Involves machining the comp housing for a larger wheel.

It sounds like you have an 093 ats (factory turbo from a 94) russ definitely knows his stuff. So you are in phoenix, if you want to use someone local there is one shop I know is pretty good, I just can't comment on his pricing

Check jamoos thread about modding the outlet elbow.

I am going to quote the turbo rebuild and upgrade high because the last 4 have all been damaged beyond repair and it is cheaper/less labor to do a new chra . so
For the 60 -1 wheel upgrade and all new center section it runs about 460.00 machining included.

so is that pretty much $460 for a new turbo?

that pricce does not seem bad at all.
