Another one of them darn ZF swap ?'s

Starting to look for a zf for my 83 6.9 4x4, found one out of a 95 PS, which would be a S5-47 which is rated for 50 ft/lbs higher than the 42's, now i know the S5-42 is a pretty straight forward swap but was wondering if this one is too? Just stronger internals same case? Gear ratios? Any xtra issues to run into? I just read through a bunch of threads about this swap but couldn't find what i needed. Also is there a place for a speedo cable in these zf's or i guess thats maybe in the transfer case?

The speedo cable is in the transfer case. These trannies can be swapped for each other. The gear ratios are different.
