People ie the hippies fail to realize leaving an older functional vehicle on the road is less intrusive to the environment than building a brand new one. You really gotta look at the big picture.

The transportion fuel usage alone of getting parts and supplies for new vehicles to the factories. I read recently the best car to buy is actually a Wrangler since there is minimal transportation costs since it is built close supply of parts.

The C4C program did nothing for the environment or the economy except try to play god circumvent (SP?) the nature process of supply and demand....

What will make you extremly sick is to figure out the actual price for each vehicle on the C4C...its just a little more than $4500...
