If I'm see this correctly your bumper is not bolted on it's welded on? What it the thickness of the metal?

its bolted on.
using the 2 bolts per frame rail.
i have some 1/2" plate thats welded to the RSK cross member to hold the winch.
this bolts to 2 x 2 x 1/4" thats welded to the front of the main bumper brackets.
there will be more braces added to bolt to the front of the frame rail if needed.
3/16" diamond plate.
i was going to put a light bar in the center, but no way to do it cleanly.
will be adding it on somewhere.

chain storage and a cleaner disengage lever in the works.

oah how i loathe body work

so instead of repairing my rear, rear CC doors,
it was a glorious/sad moment.,
bought the doors from a craigslist burning man hippy.
45 bucks each!
super straight!
COMPLETE!
the sad:
this guy cut up a 90 F350 2wd CC LB 7.3 for an art car he called the snuggle wagon.
but he said he did have an attachment for a stripper pole ontop of the engine... lol
but boy did he cut the hell out of it.
his welds made me cringe, and think, "are you snuggling for protection"?

ill be putting these on the bronco, and stealing the blue doors for the 6 door.
so i wont have to paint the jams.

i now have a plan with the light bar!
drill 2" holes in the bumper and mount the bar behind it.
more to come on this...

finished the anti axle wrap device, sorta, still need to come up with a clean bolt in mount for the xmember.
final weld it after i get the rearend out of the truck.

very nice, that will really make things look tidy. Are making them semi-removable? Or pretty much in to stay?

Undecided. Gonna finish the pass side, tach em in and look it over till I decide.
Don't wanna weld em in and findout the fender won't come off
