Est 240,000 miles orig motor and 4spd tranny,I bought it with the hopes of only it being the oil cooler out because there was oil in the radiator, but I don't have a way to pull the motor but I can spin the engine by hand and it rotates freely and then it hit something hard, so I'm thinking that it needs a motor, it's been sitting up for about 2 years. The guy I bought it from it not the original owner and he really don't know what is up with it so I'm just trying to figure it out on my own.could something just come loose and fell in oilpan. I did find some records that were in the glove box in this truck has had oil in radiator its whole life so, I don't know? if somebody interested in it make me an offer!

I would remove the glowplugs and see if your dead spot goes away, if it doesnt you need to replace the engine, if it does youre golden!
