    Shopping @ Ecology Wrecking Yard

I got yelled at, then kicked out of a junk yard in Hubbard, OR for leaving the door open on a f250. Thing is, to this day I can't remember opening that door! I acted humble and apologized, but then got the point of the finger towards the gate. That was 12 years ago, and I still think about it...

Any IDI Van owners on here?

Well, after a 4 yr ford IDI drought, I'm about to purchase a 1990 15-passenger E350. Curious if there's any other Van owners on here, glad to be back!

    Check out this Cabriolet!

Definitely an amazing looking rig, wow. Only thing is the price. $18k is what I paid for my '02 PSD crew cab that's been very reliable. I would really like to know what's under the hood of that truck in the ad

    No start issue

That sounds like the IPR is shot. It's located on the back of the HPOP. The plug on the sensor is known to come loose. The IPR is on the drivers side back of the HPOP, down low.

01 7.3 crank and no start

Last time I had this happen, it was the IPR under the fuel canister on the drivers side of the HPOP. New one in, fired up and ran since

    Exhaust Question

Diamond Eye kits whistle like crazy, even with their muffler. For an '03, a diamond eye 4" kit with their muffler would be a great setup.

How long did the turbo lay on the controller? Did it short the two big posts on the relay for more than 15 seconds?

    Travelette Replacement!

Freakin eh, nice score. I don't see a whole lot of rust on it. You're gonna do all that on a *temporary* rig? You've got some motivation brother!

    fuel leak above starter

Check the fuel supply hose going to lift pump. Another place to check is the bottom of the IP, it may be leaking out the front weep hole area and running back through the valley pan. Also, the fuel return line goes over the top of the tranny, follow it up from the drivers side frame rail. Last...

    Limited slip...?

Some good info in this thread. So far, the LS is the only thing I'm dissatisfied with in a Superduty, not the biggest thing in the world. These sure are nice trucks when the maintenance is kept up

    Limited slip...?

Thanks, that's what I figured, case by case basis. All well, hopefully when the leaves are gone I'll be able to drive again.

    Limited slip...?

Alright my new to me '02 PSD's limited slip is non existent. I'm guessing this is just how these superdutys are..? Trying to take off up a paved hill that has some leaves on it is proving challenging, no matter how easy I am. My 88 with an open rear was easier to take off with in slick...

    Changed glowplugs running rough

Is the check engine light on? A wire may have gotten pinched under the valve cover, or simply loose. An injector kill test preformed by someone with the proper diagnostic equipment would narrow it down to atleast a specific bank, if not the specific injector.
