01 7.3 crank and no start

this dang truck is driving me insane need help asap. it wont turn over battery's are good the engine just wont fire and while i crank the engine over the abs light stays on. I also dont here the fuel pump kick on. the gas light came on before all this any help would be great thanks. also when i crank it with 850cca battery the tach reads like nothing

sounds like a cps sensor to me

I just replaced the cps. but i pulled codes p1000,p1670,p0475,p0603. and somthing is draining the batterys as well

Well here is what they are telling you.

P1000 OBD-II Monitor Testing Incomplete
P1670 EF Feedback Signal Not Detected
P0475 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve Malfunction
P0603 Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error

Nothing really jumping out as to what is wrong......

Im going to charge the batterys and clear the codes c if they come back

Last time I had this happen, it was the IPR under the fuel canister on the drivers side of the HPOP. New one in, fired up and ran since

What kind of scanner are you reading the codes with? What's your truck year etc.?
