glow plug mess up

ok guys I screwed up when I was installing my turbo and forgot to unhook my batteries I got the exhaust off and i didnt take my turbo off the up pipe because I didnt think I could. Long story short I was trying to manuver the y-pipe on from the bottom when the turbo fell over and shorted out the gp controller now the gps stay on longer and I dont get the clicking after the light goes out. what did I mess up? I put on a new controller tonight with no luck any suggestions are welcome almost forgot this truck is an 89 F250 with 7.3 5 speed 4x4 with the 1994 factory turbo setup on it

How long did the turbo lay on the controller? Did it short the two big posts on the relay for more than 15 seconds?

Yes it did it was prolly 30 seconds before I scrambled up to get it off

Time to check the glow plugs, hopefully they're not completely swollen and stuck in the head.
