    Whats the best yr of 7.3 powerstroke?

    99- early 2001 had Forged rods. For building HP #'s that's what you want. Mid 2001-2003 Had the PMR rods. Still a workhorse but only up to a certain HP range ( 400 I think ) then you start windowing blocks. :) 99 and up cost ALOT more to fix and repair. 99 and down still strong azz motors...

    The 4r100 shift kit is just some springs and a valve for the valve body. Take you 20 minutes to pop it in, tops. I love mine. Firmed up my shifts.

    Here's the deal. I want to flush my brakes on my 250 and my suburban. With ABS brakes I was told the best way is to gravity flush them. Slower I know but no chance of compressing air into the fluid. My question is, would it be harmful to leave the engines running while I do this? IF it flows...

    door seals

    ok got the 2 front ones from fordpartsguy.com. the ONLY ones they say they hcan get for the rear are obviously for the extended cab, NOT the super cab. SO...........anyone have a hookup on part# F81Z 28253A24-AA ? Otherwise guess I'll have to order 2 more front ones and cut them down.

    Non-Hiway Fuel

    I had a thought this am. ( scary I know). Isn't off-road diesel high sulfur? ( ie we can run it in our older PSD's ( pre 2007 ) without having to add an additive ( and its cheaper)? Or will it mess something up? I have no idea so I thought I'd ask someone who knows more than me.

    Quick hint I wish someone wouldve told me , I put in the sonnax kit. In that valve body ? The instructions show needle nose pliers to remove the clip, uh huh, for 1-2 no problem. The other slots? get a dental pick to get the clips out (or something similar), i dont think they make needle nose...
