If you decide to go dual...do it right and go true dual. Your muffler shop can run pipe from each exhaust manifold and flat flange in pipe where needed to take out a section for working underneath whether to remove a tank, tranny or whatever. Hypermax pulse turbo observations
200 CC Hybrid Wow...I don't know about a 200cc pump...On my 6.9 a 120cc pump is more than enough...but thinking in terms of my gearing....zf-5...bw-1345...4.10 rear....and the pumps govenor...sometimes I think I have to much pump...but that's just me. Hypermax pulse turbo observations

Cost for a Reman ZF5
If your dead set on a reman or rebuilt one you will be very lucky to find one for less than 13 to 15 hundred, but if you are willing to go used you might be able to find one for 4-5 hundred and up....I found a used one and took the chance a few yrs. ago and paid $375.00 from a guy who really...- WhiskeyBottle2

Dually Steel Wheels I am near Ft. Worth...and if any are available...cleaning & powdercoating won't be a problem...I am just tired of messing with aluminum wheels....and I really want the steel wheels so I get powdercoat them black with ss or chromed nut covers and centers... Thanks- WhiskeyBottle2

Lug Nut Covers The covers look really good...But I have aluminum wheels on my dually, but would rather have steel wheels like the ones in your pics. Got any ideas where I can get 4 steel wheels? NASTY evaporator !
Cleaning the Evap Mine was like that...I boiled it in water and vinegar for 6 hrs....After the liquid came to a boil I slowly dropped the evap in...turned the heat down to a slow rolling boil for 6 hrs...She came out clean...You will have to add water and vinegar often to keep it...- WhiskeyBottle2

Rear Axle I agree with Dave 001...If you have a Dana 70 it is pretty strong and you shouldn't have any probs...However, I think if you read up and compare Dana 70 to a Ford (Sterling) 10.25 you will find that the Sterling is a little beefier in more ways than one. Warming thr gear oil Thanks for the tip on warming the gear oil...As far as the "suckeroutterthingamajiggy" goes...It should work, but if it don't I will figure out a way to make it work...If I can't I will either "drop kick" it back to Northern Tool and get my Ten Bucks Back! LOL- WhiskeyBottle2

Changing Fluid in my Dana 50 TTB (IFS)
Hey Guys...I went to change my gear oil in my front axle. It is a Dana 50 TTB (IFS). How do I drain it? Do I use a suction gun or drill a half inch hole and tap it for a plug? I can't seem to find a drain plug...only a fill plug.. Thanks- WhiskeyBottle2
