I have MUCH BIGGER ISSUES right now. like torque conerter/tranny. so i will obviously have to get that dealt with first.

ok seems as though the tranny was a false alarm.

i could not find the TSB for the MC. was running short on time so mabey a more thourough search tomorrow.

Ya that TSB or what ever document it was that I found a while ago...was very specific to ford trucks and the MC size that when you find a situation like yours...they up the size of MC and that problem was solved...I just wish I could remember where I saw it. Doh!

Glad that tranny issue is false alarm.

Maybe see about a good 1 5/16" from a wrecker...see if that helps?

Lastly and this is something to think bout...having the drums measured for actual diameter and then taking the brakes to a brake/clutch shop and have the shoes Arched....they take and actually Grind the shoes to the exact arch or radius of the drum for a better match...

I am running out of suggestions at this point...flex lines just to soft has already been mentioned..but eh...I dunno...

Just had a friend go throug this, soft brake people. Went through everything and nothing change, he ended up puting the F450 master on. It's a little spendy at ~150 but solved the problem.
The holes have to ground out a little to fit on the F350 studs.
