Lets say about 3000 gallons of diesel fuel at todays prices.
I'm new to all this and don't know exactly what your truck was, except that it was an IDI. But I tell you what, even my beat up 86 Crew cab dually with a tired 93 turbo IDI, I wouldn't sell for less than $15K. Why? You may ask....... because it'll run on waste motor oil, ATF, diesel, kerosene, ketchup, hamburger grease, CBD, olive oil, 8 track cassettes, and anything else you can squeeze through a 8 micron filter!!! I was passed by a more modern Cummins dodge a while back, and I'm pretty sure either his truck was running on CBD oil or he was.

It's coming.....a whole series, like Hollywood Squares with a bunch of rednecks making suggestions and the crowd yelling, "WILL IT RUN!!!!" Kinda like the "slave lake" video. And HEY!, I want a video of Nero and Cubey doing the transmission swap to the theme from "Cheers".

Haha well after a long day of wrenching on semis and then coming home to R&R a C6 I didn't exactly think to grab the camera... It was a little oily and grimey under there, didn't keep the ol phone on me under there.

I brought the cross member and all the hardware to work, gonna run it all through the industrial parts cleaner later, and we should see the trans back in 3-4 days now. He's also working on getting the rest of his gear vendor stuff.

First rebuild of my Holley Red. The "change filter" light was coming on and I knew it wasn't a clogged filter. Bought a Holley 12-805 kit, installed it and everything back to normal. Very simple repair with pump still installed in truck ( never removed from truck) everything loaded from bottom side.

About ready to pull the trigger on a Champion 3 core radiator (the only one they have available at the moment). I'm missing driving my big '92 around. Anyone have better options?

I just recently got that radiator, it actually is well built, but my first one was damaged in shipping. They sent a second one out free of charge, but also put some of that expanding foam bag stuff in it, came delivered no issues.

Restoration on my 94 super duty is nearing completion on the driver side. next step is to cut out the reinforcing gusset under the floor and weld in a new one and then paint and coat everything thoroughly. Welding in the corner was a real PITA trying to fit my spraymaster in there.

Welding thin sheet metal is a ******. It's gotta be clean, you need a good ground, and welder settings need to be spot on. Obviously you already know all of that. Looking good!
