I have the Navistar engine manual, got a hard copy from ebay. The little cartoon pictures in the safety section are the same, so I'm thinking Ford got Navistar to put the Ford name on their engine manual. The Navistar manual has been pretty useful so far, so if this is the same manual, that's a good thing.

My Navistar hard copy also has a diagnostic section that I don't see in this one, but just going by the table of contents, this file is the full Navistar engine service manual. Since they are the engine manufacturer, that's a good thing.
