I agree. This is why I sent him all of my hot side parts to have them ceramic coated. My manifolds, crossover/up pipe turbo mount (first gen Banks), and the upper part of my down pipe are all coated now. I have a universal blanket for the hot side of the turbo itself. I mostly did this to help keep the cab temps down, but if I get a performance gain, then it's just that much better.Wes is probably going to recommend, and most will agree, ceramic coating for all the hot side components. There's several good header wraps on the market as well but the odd shapes make it difficult to turn out good product in my experience. You can get generic blankets for the turbine scroll which are pretty good for that but the pipes will still need some kind of attention. The more heat you keep in the pipes the more efficient your turbo will be.
