Truggy Update, since I haven't been on here in awhile, been a hell of a fun build.

Lets see if I can remember what all I've done since the last post.

Re-did front suspension geometry, lowered front 5" and rear 3".
Full Hydro Steering with high steer knuckles.
Finished the interior.
Regeared the axels and added a locker in the front, rear is welded.
Changed up the cage.
Added air compressor, jack and tool box.
Weld on bead locks.
Heavy duty skid plates.
PolyCarbonate Windshield

Broke 3 drive shafts, one pinion, two windshields, tweaked the cab bad enough the rear window popped out, and rolled it twice.

Its a good time.

This is awesome. Something I have toyed around with doing, but wasn't sure how it would crawl with the engine being so heavy.
How was weight distribution?
Noticably nose heavy?
Did you have to counter it with high spring rates on the front?

I pushed the front and rear axel forward 15" and 12", my weight distribution is actually pretty even. 3000lbs rear and 3500 front, still heavy for a crawler but is fairly balanced. Spring rates are fairly soft due to the length of them.

I could tell you pushed them out a good ways. That's much better than i thought it would be. Nice build!

Update from a year ago,

Re-did both the front and rear suspension to shorten the links and get them up off the rocks.
Lowered it 2" and slimmed down the frame and brackets underneath, gained almost 4" of clearance.
Boat sided the cab, for a 13" gain on the corners.
swapped to two piece drive shafts to keep them high up.
Ball joint eliminaters
Braided lines for everything including coolant.
Have a wide ratio ZF-5 waiting to put in at some point here soon and should be switching to 43" tires at some point.

Had to rebuild the turbo, broke two axel shafts and had a hub bearing completely fail and wipe out the entire driver side.
Rolled it 3 more times pretty much without any serious damage. The 6.9 just keep going.

Sweet rig man. Pretty brave for have such a big door opening

You just using fat heims in your links? How they holding up?

I'm starting a four link front soon. Tough to know what style would work best with 10000+ pounds sitting on them

I originally used 3/4x7/8" heims and they held up OK but I did bend the shank on one. I switched to 1-1/4" Heims when I redid the suspension design and they're holding up great.
