that's exactly how I did it.

need to trim turbo brackets
weld in bungs for thermocouples
make oil return plates
trim inner fenders and make a mount to hold them to the firewall
and she should be a runner again

Ok so...
I aint takin the time to reread 9 pages...
Last I saw the twins were casuing some grief...
Howd she end up?

I see it crawled over some cars, so I bet Hollister hills will be a blast.
Thinking of pulling the Shovelhead out friday or sat... And head over yer way.

went to replace brakes , ended up rebuilding the suspension too. lol
tires I bought wouldn't seat on the rims it had, so these were the best option.
2 brake lines and bleed them, itll be a runner!

well, its been a long road!!!
but I finally got to use this rig as I intended to!
@Clb tripped down to Hollister CA to help me shake the rig down.
went pretty frackin perfect!
she held together, didn't break, and most importantly, I found out first hand what I need to do to this thing!!
and...
that I need to build a bigger rig!
looks like im buying that Crew cab!!!

Wait crew cab for the *******? As in swapping the body? Glad you got the motor running well. Cool to see it out and being used.
