WTB: low mileage 97 stroker from wreck or just parted out

I have a friend who has a 97 powerstroke ford bucket truck that he uses an a regular basis for his business. This truck has almost 500k on it and the PS is getting very tired . The rest of the truck is in excellent shape and he wants me to put a newer engine in it. I am looking for an engine from 94.5 to '00 with around 100-150k to put in for him . I was going to do a Cummins conversion for him but he cant have the truck down for more than a couple days to do the engine swap so going back with the oem engine is the only option .

I have a complete turbo to pan 113k mile 1995 motor runs great. Starts cold no prob. Turbo to pan drop in motor. $2000.00 OBO

Or a 96 motor complete turbo to pan motor with 250k also. Runs great also over 400psi compression on all cyl. With stage one injectors recently done. $1500 OBO
