WTB: Air box lid for ATS 085

For whatever reason, my 85 E350 with ATS 085 is missing the air box lid, replaced with a bracket to hold the filter in place. This means it doesn't get anything much but hot air. Maybe I'd actually see double digit MPG if it had cold air. Although, I wonder if the lid would fit in there. (Pics below. Yep, the dirty filter has been swapped out since the pics.)

I know its a long shot, since I only need the lid, and maybe the air tube too if one comes with it, but I figured I would try.

How tall is the lid, if you have a moment to measure it. That's my main concern, if it will fit in the cramped van engine bay.
