While changing my heater core today , I noticed a black box about 5 inches by 5 inches and abput an inch thick behind the glove box. This metal box is so.e type of electronic, it had written on it ; dual rear wheel only , and some numbers. Just wondering what its purpose is?

anti-lock brake control module. Maybe?

I looked it up on the web and found one source that said it was a ABS module for a dually. Here's the number I used in the search. f3tf-2c018-bb
