UHaul Pump Core Charge

So my U-haul pump arrived, looks good!

It also came with a paper saying I would have a "$200 core charge if my old pump is not returned within 30 days" I didn't see anything on the website saying there were core charges... I was hoping to keep my old turbo pump for a future Moose'ing

I also ended up with a remaned turbo pump, which is surprising. I was expecting a N/A pump.

That's where I got it... Well I guess I will disregard the note. Just didn't want to see a $200 charge on my bank card for the core.

I emailed them but haven't got a response yet.

You had better resolve that issue pretty quick, longer it takes the more confused it will become. Maybe someone remembers the direct email to Frank at U-haul, he is the one to deal with. Don't remember anyone getting a slip for core charge.

There is no core , that is the stock sheeet the rebuilder puts in the box.Remember, the listing says no core.

I didn't have a core charge either. Must be something new, not that they need any cores if they're getting rid of the IDIs in their fleet.

So, I bought seven of them, but none off of the special 20% off sale. Got all mine off the ebay listings where it said "No core charge". Six of them when listed for 2 for $395 and one at $274, so I paid a little more than the 20% sale. Bought them before I knew about the sale.
