Good idea staying with what you have. The issues with the injecter and glow plug harness is they run thru the valve cover gasket. Actually they are a part of the gasket. The wires inside the cover plug into the connection in the gasket. Then the wires outside the cover plug into the connection in the gasket... they crush over time and short out the mess. It was another bad idea using that product like that.

Not that there is anything wrong with it, what are you doing with all these trucks? I've got a 95 dually powerstroke, that I'm am working the kinks out of. I changed out the injector orings (It had fuel in the coolant) and glow plugs. Now, it doesn't seem to idle right and blows some white smoke when revved hard. Codes show some wiring harness issues. Thing is, it was running perfect when I bought it. Parts are not cheap. A good scanner (also not cheap) helps some.

Btw: With the valve cover off it is easy to see which injectors are slow/sticky as they will not be spitting oil out the oil deflector on each injector. I have a couple that are sticky until warmed up. Also check your uvch for bad connections. If you have a good scanner, you can do a Cylinder contribution test and buzz test to determine which injectors are dead/unpowered/sticky.

Exactly. It's a pain to swap turbos anyways. If you're looking for more power out of the one you have, just get the smaller housing. The idi guys spool their turbo long before us obs psd guys. Lol
