Turbo Ident.

Can someone tell me where the identification numbers on my wastegated factory '94 turbo are. I am looking for one new, used or rebuilt.

Shops keep telling me it could be one of two different models. All that is visible on the in service turbo on the compressor is M43 and A/R .70.

There *should* be a metal tag on the compressor side ( intake side ) on the inside facing the center section somewhere on the flat part . weather or not you will still be able to read the thing is another question.
