Torque Specs

So i have bought new injectors and glow plugs but i'm not sure about the torque specs.Can someone help?

I never worried about the torque specs - I always just tighten down but not too much - snugg has worked just fine for me.

The injectors need 35 lbs and the glows need 12 lbs.

Check the fuel injection servicing article in my sig. Mine says 33 pounds torque, but the reason for the difference is Ford states a range and obviously Ican and myself choose a value we could remember.
