Tech's;

We took a trip in our 2005 E350SD 6.0L PSTD SMB RB15 Class "B" motorhome to Indiana July 16-19.

Camped out @ OUABACHE {?Wabash?} State Park near Bluffton.

Dropped the travel trailer and drove to SMB in Huntington.

It was raining on the way back to camp so I was manually downshifting to assist braking on wet pavement.

I noticed a thud [?in the driveline?] upon acceleration, with the transmission manually shifted into low [1st]gear.

This occured while running light {7500LBS} but was not noticed while

towing.

Do We have a problem?

Dude you were like mins away from me... Oubache state Park is like 20 mins south of me - very nice park. We like to go over to Salamonie which is just bout 30 mins west of Oubache and then another 20 mins from there is Mississinewa (they have FULL HOOK UP). Next time your gonna be in the area drop me a line - it's always nice to meet up with a fellow RV'er and Oilburner.

i woudnt worry about it

if youd like pm me you vin and i can check oasis see if theres any info on harsh upshift concerns

do you have the ability to select tow haul in your truck?

i know some of the E's got that, but i think it might have been the newer ones
