Well for me, it would be putting over 2000 bucks into a 23 year old truck. If this was a hobby truck I wouldn't have a problem with that, but since this is (or was) a daily driver and I don't have the garage to do this in, doing an engine transplant is a non-starter.

I know you don't want to hear it, but the new reman that 69oiler has for sell would be perfect for the smoke! Also, just want to bump this back to the front page! It's killin me that I'm not in a position to buy right now... I love the smoke and 69oiler's motor...... IT'S A NO-BRAINER!!!
