if you have a posi rear, IRC 85-140 full synthetic!

80/90 reg in trans, however I'm partial to a 85/140 synthetic for trans too!

It matters enough you get IP banned from sites for mentioning brand...

lolwut?

If a board has a problem with someone mentioning what brand they prefer and why, than it's probably not a site worth going to because all they're doing is pushing their advertisers on you wether it's good stuff or not.

Some folks say that gl5 and gl6 has addatives that can damage the brass parts in the trans. Don't forget that gear oils and motor oils are rated on a different scale. a sae 50 motor oil is the same viscosity as a sae90 gear oil.

I run 75W-140 in T-19's. And the same in the rear. But it also gets colder up here then it does down there....so.... you may not benifit from the extra spendy synthetic
