They got this at my parts store for 60 bucks / 5 gallons. Quite a bit cheaper than rotella t4. Reviews seem alright, anybody run this stuff?

I have never used that brand, some people do, it sure won`t hurt your engine.

What Cubey posted at Tractor Supply, $62.99 for 5 gal that is $3.15 a qt. or $15.75 a gallon.Plus Tax of course.

um, no? The $3.15/qt is correct but not $15.75/gal. You added a quart to every gallon, 5 instead of 4.

$3.15 X 4qts = $12.60/gal
$12.60 X 5gal = $63

$3.15 X 5qts = $15.75

I just switched to it after using rotella T4 and now im having major oil consumption. I had to add 2+ qts only 650 miles after the last oil change. Previously i never had to top off between oil changes. Its not leaking and blowby is low/non existent. I will be switching back to rotella t4 and seeing if that resolves it.

Interesting, since Rotella is usually the brand that gets the most consumption in IDIs. You could try running Delo for one oil change, I bet you have less consumption than either one.

Ill buy what ever is cheapest. My LuLuBelle leaks 15W40 so much, I told the boss I was seal coating the parking lot. And just like a VW bug: it marks its spot. I can usually run 600 miles before she leaks 1 quart. No blowby, but it does produce a vacuum at idle
