Stock D60 front U-bolt specs

Could someone give me the front U-bolt specs for a stock D60 with stock F-350 springs? The set found tough country (PN 27800) which is 9/16 bolts square bend with a 3" ID and 10.375" length. The length is the thing that seems most peculiar. I'm wondering if these are for lifted trucks. If someone would confirm those dimensions, I would greatly appreciate it.
