Here's a weird one. I noticed a couple weeks ago that my turn signal indicators on the dash have been prooooolonged, so on the way home tonight I finally cared enough to look at the turn signals and they are a bit erratic though functional. When I first hit'em, they will go at their normal clip, then after a couple flashes will stay on for a second and a half between pauses.
What gives? Besides gremlins.

Can you swap the flasher thingy with the one
for the 4way flashers? See if there's any changes?

First check would be to see if the 4ways behave normally. If so, you got a bad flasher unit for the directionals in the fuse panel. One buck at any parts store will get ya fixed up as the 4way flasher is a PITA to get to for a swap test.

Ah, good and easy advice for a worn-out dummy. Yep, the 4-ways are fine so I'll pick up a new flasher thingamajig on the way in tomorrow. Thanks guys.
