Mobile users don't see your sig typically. Is it the 90? It's cable driven. Can't tell you much more. The speedo mech must be bad if the odo works. That pretty well rules out the cable.

there is a small spring in the cluster that returns the pointer back to 0 mph. that might be broken leaving it in lala land. those clusters are super easy to take apart so if you feel adventurous and dig into it in sure you could find the problem.

Your speedometer is driven by a cable, the speedometer needle is moved by a rotating magnet, the resistance to the magnet is a clock spring, as said, it's broke or disconnected.
