Nice. Good times. Looks relaxing. My wife and i need to get out. We haven’t gone camping since we move to the ranch full time 6 years ago.

My dad, my son and i went out and cut and hauled a truck full of fire wood today with my 90 f350. I never think to get pictures especially when working. But its always fun to do truck stuff with our trucks. Especially when its 3 generation working together.,

You're welcome to join my friend, I'll keep one cold for ya
Thanks, but that a little bit out of the way for me. If I wanted to keep one cold, all I'd have to do is set it outside my house right now. Now if we wanted to get a meet up going somewhere in between, that might be a different story. And it had better be made public so others on here could have a chance to join in too since the BOOB Tour fell through! I was REALLY looking forward to that one.

If you ever decide to, let me know. I might have a contact or two around Yellowstone. Well within a couple of hours or so anyway.

Yesterday afternoon, got around to reset the IP since I
installed it last August and new Injectors.
My fuel mileage has dropped, getting in the 18 MPG range from the 19 - 20.
Last couple tank were 17.6 and 17.4. So thinking Iam maybe a bit too advanced, decide to push it over and retard some.
Loosened the Caps at the injectors, loosened the Line Clamps,
then the 3 Nuts at the Pump.
I had set the Timing with my Ferrit and Nevo (SP) Timing Light
as Justin recommended.
In the mornings starting it like yesterday when it was 16 deg. It
was smoking up the yard like an old 2 stroke Detroit. Never use to do that with the old pump.
She also seemed to be a little doggy, like we didn`t have the oomph she use to have.

I bared the pump back to almost the line stamped from the factory. Got her all tightened back up, and took her for a spin. Seems like we picked up a little more get up and go.
Sun was dropping over the hill on the Ca. side and temp was dropping fast when I got done.

It`s 15 deg this morning, so hope she kicks over good and doesn`t smoke....we`ll see.....

EDIT: She started...but was complaining.
Big smoke has disappeared, but looks more like a gas engine the way steam come out the tail pipe when cold.
Now she has been out there warming and deicing the windows for 20 min, it has about diminished.
Have not idea here the timing is set, deal with that later....

Today, I'm pretty sure that I was witnessing the expiration of a vacuum pump. This morning, it was making it's usual 22.5" of vacuum on the way to my garage. After I left (long day) I headed north to the closest town to pick up some cat flea treatment since I picked up another cat Friday. I don't remember looking at the vacuum gauge on the way to town. As I was leaving, I noticed that the gauge was reading 16.5". As I kept driving east for about 20 miles, the gauge had slowly fallen to 14.5". That was all on a speed limit 65 highway. After I used the brakes to turn onto the speed limit 55 road, it was reading 10". As the RPM went back up, the gauge went back to 14" slowly. There's two sets of S curves on that road and, even without touching the brakes, the vacuum dropped to 12" since I kept the truck in 5TH gear to test. As I gained speed and RPM, it came back up to 14". I shut the engine off in my driveway with the gauge reading 6". The needle didn't drop for the 60 seconds (maybe) that I watched with the engine off, so I'm guessing that there's isn't much of a vacuum leak. Tomorrow, I'm going to replace it with the spare that I carry around. It only makes about 12.5" on the highway, but it's pretty consistent about it.
