On checking your alt for AC ripple...turns out I was wr...wr...uh...not correct on the way to do it and what to look for...see the latest few posts on Greenie's 800 miles after rebuild E4OD and see the real way to test and diagnose ECM fuzzing interference.

Well I didn't do any in depth testing but after your earlier question I put a meter on it. 14.22V at idle. Original 280k alternator that I did swap the regulator on about 12 or 13 years ago.

We were going to throw out this beautiful pallet at work and I just couldn't let that happen.

I figured if nothing else you folks could enjoy some redneckery LOL

Up and off the truck, put it down and tried to pick it the other way to haul it around back but it (slowly and gently) flipped back and laid on the loader frame. PERFECT! Couldn't have planned it better!

Got it out back and leaned it up against the barn until I'm ready to use it!

Dang @chillman88 !, That's a chicken coop or goat barn just waiting to happen!

In my particular case it's going to be used to store my WMO barrels. Problem is I need to put them in the back of the barn which means I need to GET to the back of the barn....

They'll probably just get tarped outside for now!

They're sitting in the dirt right now and that's going to end badly if I don't do something about it!

Well.....I thought about that too, but I didn't want to say any "dirty words" like "WMO" in such a sanitized environment.

All I did was to try to take a somewhat dramatic picture since the sun and storm clouds were just right. It did look much better in person. The rainbow showed up better.

Since you said it was there I see it, otherwise I would have probably never noticed it.

This is a couple of pictures my wife sent me of the storm we had roll in Monday. I wish I would have thought to take pictures, I had a much better view of it coming in.

Anyone see a face in the clouds of the first picture...?

Yeah, I know...cloud inkblot test...
I see it, to the left looking down, blowing out a puff of cold air.

Those are some scarrrry looking clouds.
We get some interesting cloud formations here in western Nevada.
Never saw anything like it when living in commiefornia.

Too bad these cell phones don,t capture what we actually see.
