Finally dropped in the set of glow plugs I got about a month ago. 70+ here in Denver today so not much of a test situation...mid 40's and rain tomorrow so we'll see. Very dry winter around here.

Well today Big Ugly got the front grill, bumper, and headlights installed. Managed to get the bumper sitting a bit straighter than before. I noticed the upper part of the mount on the frame was bent backwards a bit so I bent them back forward. Also added a shim to the top bumper bolt. It's better but not perfect.

I also added a headlight relay kit. I was planning on fabbing it myself but when I was ordering parts at LMC I saw they had a plug and play setup for I think $28. Not worth my time to piece it together for that amount.

I was planning on doing the battery cables too but the heater in my RV crapped out and it has now taken priority as I am using it this weekend. Soon I hope.

This is a shaming post. Truck wouldn't get out of the snow-mud, I was running out of time and had to take a little Jeep (the jeep's name is Miss Polly Prissy Pants) to get this big heavy suspension.

I couldn't go to nuts trying to get out of the mud, as my neighbors were having their new bathroom inspected so the zoning guy was next door, so I knew rocking the truck that hasn't been started since fall wouldn't be ideal. I don't want to bring the eye on Sauron back over here haha.

Only 1 wheel was "stuck" and I dropped psi to like 10 ahead of time, and even shoveled dry wood chips in front of the tires.

Shame! Shame! See my truck in the background? Shame! That is a gravel drive. Guess I need another layer of gravel.

2 hours later and zoning/inspection guy is still there, so doesn't look like things are going well haha

I really need to replant all the trees that have fallen over the years. These big stupid lots and our houses are right on the property line up each other's butts.

Back on the road again, after E4od rebuild. Its nice to drive without the transmission going into limp mode! Just hope it lasts, 12 month or 12k mile warranty.
What kit or upgrades did you go with? The e4od I'm doing I want to think I won't use it for towing, but I'm a liar to myself

I know I'm going with billet shaft and planetary, but there's some hard core smaller kits within kits that I don't think I'll need

I like the one ats kit that's out there, and was going to mix and match with that "tugger" kit if I can find one. My pump was my biggest headache so upgrading that.

I need to do more research on what upgrades to do with the valve body to make it more highway friendly
