I just finished the new exhaust and started the truck to hear what it sounds like without a muffler. Tried to hold it steady at 1400 rpm, but it was hunting 100 rpm. I tried 2000 rpm since that is closer to cruising speed, and it still was hunting 100 rpm. The truck was not in gear since the batteries are not bolted down and no hood latch at the moment.
Since this is only the second time the truck has been run with the turbo, is this common to the Banks turbo's or is there a problem?
