Rear utility bumper

Well what I'm looking for is similar to what you see on a utility truck.The box type bumpers with the vice mount and side door for storing pry bars and what nots...well I cant seem to find a dealer in my area with that type for a pick-up.I did find this

I got info from them and found that the U series is what I need but with out the crane.I havnt recieved a reply from them for two weeks so I would like to take my business elsewhere.Anyone know of a dealer that can help me out???
