If you decide to get gaskets and seals for your turbo contact Russ (www.russrepair.com) or Wes (www.classicdieseldesigns.com) they're the only guys around that have the correct turbo drain valley pan grommet and CDR grommet and gasket. And use motorcraft TA-31 on any surfaces that need RTV. None of the other RTV sealants hold up long term to diesel and diesel oils the way TA-31 does.
