That's a lot of coin to be dropping on a "screwing around" truck......Regular FelPro HGs.....I wonder if he coated them.

I don't think it is anymore than NMB2 dropped into his engine. Just pretty much the machine work and the parts which isn't too terrible and plus is makes for a fun DD when its up and running. Also as far as the gaskets I wouldn't coat them if I were him IMO. It is debateable whether it helps or hurts the gaskets holding strength.

Stock cam:eek: Thats the first thing I thought about when I looked at getting more power. He says there runing it for now. But I think he will be pulling it down for a better grind after they see it run.:puke: I dont think that stock cam will let the engine move enuff air for all that fuel.cookoo Don't get me wrong I love the build  I just would have used a better cam the first time around.:D

It would have been cool to see what he did with a better cam but now I guess we will see what a good build does with a stock cam. I do hope he dynos it though.

I also wonder what the length of the studs are with that girdle too?

Hmm not sure. I wonder if they help keep the blocks from twisting or if it is just for even support across the crank bearings. Either way its a pretty serious modification ;Sweet

Either way its a good modification and he said they only had to modify the pan slightly.

I am all for them running a stock cam first then try another grind, I bet delta would help them heavily on a discount for getting dyno sheets on the products.
