I wish that I had the $ to spend. That is sweet!
All I can think about, for now, is ZF5, NP205 and D60 in that beauty.

he must be having a flashback to the 80's
i'm not too keen on the layout. the 'loo is part of the bedroom. good part is it's fat man friendly. bad part is you smell all it's odors ALL THE TIME
second issue....no turbo on a 28footer? does it even get up to freeway speed?

If I was close enough I'd snap that up in a New York minute. I've got a 84 28 Ft Coachmen Class C now with a big ole 460 CID, hasn't hit a 100K yet, about 9 MPG. That sure looks like a clean one. If ya keep the crapper dosed with the chemicals the smell isn't that bad, kinda like Channel #5 :D Plenty of bed room for 2 - 3 kids.

"Great power for going down hills."
...FTFY

Turbo, bigger pump, and overdrive and it would probably do fine. Same things you gotta do to any truck to make it perform adequately. 460 could do just as well, just needs desmogged, heads ported, hair more compression, cam, overdrive. Pretty cool, but the crapper could use relocation IMO...

I'll pass on the tent camping. Sleeping in CC dually converted back seat is all the "camping" I care to do.

If my 'campground' does not have a hot shower and coffee to go along with a nice bed, I am not camping. At 67 years old, sleeping on the ground does not sound enticing...

Did that for years. That's not gonna cut it anymore with the wife and little ones. 5'er camping is the best for them.

Nature.... my time there is spent alone with just my bow or running my trap line in the winter. Camping.... not really.

So what do you do wben it rains with that tent?

The half way down fly cover just lets rain soak bottom hqlf of tent.

Just curious

I am level 100 expert at tent camping in the rain! First small drain dug around where tent will be. Then tarp on ground then tent then another tarp much larger than tent.
Hang tarp on ropes or angles to get rain run off where you want it.
Long tarps for "hallways"

Such bliss!! I miss tent camping in Massachusetts in April!!
Not!!

I used to hate camper people. Now that I have little ones and married an "indoor" man I have realized it is only way for me to get back outside where I love to be.
