I just had a auto meter pyro installed in my truck today, ran it home on the highway and it was reading 1000 to 1200 . going 77 mph for 30 miles is this normal
That sounds way too high, unless you were heavily loaded and going uphill the entire trip
Any info on your truck? What tranny and rear end gears? 4x4 or 4x2? Stock tires/suspension, or what? Where exactly was the thermocouple mounted?
I don't know much about Autometers in particular, so I can't say if it's a gauge issue or a problem with the truck and/or the conditions, but that CERTAINLY doesn't sound right
pump is not turned up. its is a 93 7.3 na
Are you running #2 for fuel? Dumb question, but I had to ask and we are all assuming...
