Well the drivetrain is coming out this weekend and Ive got a ton of parts coming from everywhere.

I have decided on a doing a cam and intercooler on top of everything else.

The budget is getting stretched but who needs to eat anyway?

Which cam are you going with?

So disassembly and mock up are happening at the same time. Im having a heck of a time trying to get my 6.0 intercooler to fit. Im wondering if I got one that was made an inch too narrow...

Is the power steering pulley on these trucks a common part? I bent mine trying to get it off.

So good news bad news time,

Good news is my trip the first weekend in October got pushed back so my time crunch isnt a factor now.

Bad news, somehow I completely missed the fact my new to me s362 needed a rebuild. Also the headstuds I ordered were for a 6.0PSD so I cant assemble the engine this week.

The bores looked great on the original engine, but I definitely had a bad valve guide on #2 and at least 3!!! bad injectors.

Intercooler fitment is kicking my butt, has anyone else ran a 6.0 intercooler with a IDI rad before? I am wondering if I got the right cooler....

The s362 is rebuilt with some billet goodness, intake should be done tonight or tomorrow.

Im picking up the transmission from a local rebuilder, I decided now was the best time to go ahead and do it right.
