Well I have a video of my turbo. I think my seal is gone in the turbo. I cant find any leaks except out of the inlet exhaust pipe. I am thinking my turbo is shot.

Well thats kinda what I saw in the pics you posted... Sorry for that too but... Its an easy and not expensive repair by someone that knows what they are doing.

UPDATE
Well I got my turbo back from the rebuild shop today. The technician told me the bearings were shot. It appears to spool quicker than before the rebuild and I have seen about 8 PSI with the wast gate hooked back up but I haven't pushed it too hard since the engine only has about 50 miles on it.
