So i had a leaking fuel heater so i did the 1/2” plug fix. Well i was tying back the heater wire when this fusible link just lit up and broke off. It runs through that plug to the blue wire on the other side. Where does that wire go to? Truck was running when it happened.

Not quite. It's the plug that your whole engine wiring harness runs through. If that blue wire goes to the fuel heater then it probably doesn't matter that it's burned. You had already unhooked it. Just make sure that it didn't burn another wire when it went.

I would look for bare wires related to the heater and any other wires in the area where you were messing with the wiring. If something got against metal and grounded out, that would blow that fusible link, it did it's job.

Yep. I'd be looking to be positive about where both ends of the burnt wire, go to.
