Hey everyone,

We seem to have someone trying to scam people in the classifieds. They are all the same person, selling the same items to different people. If you have bought anything from those screen names, we highly encourage you to try to get your money back via paypal. He's been scamming people on other sites with the same items already too.

Let us know if you aren't able to get some sort of resolution, we'll see what we can do to put some leverage on the perpetrator.

I bought a turbo from him. Please read this entire thread i made. It has names in it of the scammer. Just want everyone to be aware. I have a paypal case open on him

The problem with paypal is that paypal doesnt care about the scammer or catching them. To really catch the scammer would require them to use postal money orders as payment. I had a guy scam me on some 223 ammo a few years ago that got his when I sent the postal inspectors after him. Its a federal offense scamming people using the postal service. He's spending 10 years in federal prison for multiple scamming offenses using the postal service.

That sucks man. I have to think the turbo he is sending you is not rebuilt and will be missing stuff.

Screw him. I don't feel bad for that ****** at all. That's what you get when you try to rip people off.

I agree. I get the package on tuesday so well see. I have a feeling its eather a rock or not as described. The paypal guy said if its not as described i let him know and he will reverse payment. How do i tell the nature of the turbo other than shaft play?

I hope this all works out...... I agree don't feel sorry for him at all..... if he did send you a paperweight instead of a good turbo, maybe with the $$$ you get back on it, it can be fixed......

Just looked at his pics on photobucket, I think I have seen most of them on the dallas craigslist at one time or another.

IIRC his ads sent up a red flag for me. If I see them again I will try.
